You need only one set of equipment for the full automated ultrasonic testing of tubes! Ultrasonic tester UZT-K170 is intended for full automated ultrasonic testing of seamless steel tubes including ending areas. Ultrasonic tester UZT-K170 can detect longitudinal and transverse flaws, laminations as well as dimensional wall thickness changes of tubes.
Ultrasonic tester controls tubes by using translational-rotary movement. Immersion and slot-hole methods are transmission methods of ultrasonic oscillations. Specialized equipment of ultrasonic tester can execute non-destructive testing not only of basic part of tube but also testing of ending areas of tubes. 100% ultrasonic testing of whole tube in single pass including ending areas at the beginning and at the end. - Automated ultrasonic testing of tubes including ending areas
